How do you get your answers to important questions? Most of us try to reason through a problem, rolling it around, over and over in your mind (you probably already do that one). But a far better way is to listen to your intuition, which will provide you with just the right guidance and wisdom for you to follow.
Here are 2 steps to accessing your intuition.
First, become aware of distinguishing your own thoughts from thoughts that come to you through an inner knowing, which you may refer to as your gut or your inner voice.
Second, ask your Higher Self, or intuition, a question. Here are a few:
- What does my Higher Self want me to know?
- How can I make more money?
- Do I have a soul mate?
- Where should I live?
- What should I do?
- How can I live with my spouse?
- Should I get a divorce?
- What do I do about the problem my child is having at school?
- What should I do about my parents?
This is the same as asking for guidance.
These are big questions to activate your intuition and probably require re-asking over a period of days or weeks or longer.
I tend to live from asking questions for guidance about something or many things going on in my life. Sometimes the answer springs forward immediately and at other times, it has to orchestrate a way to inform me. Waiting for the answer is always highly rewarding. It’s got a just rightness about it and tends to deliver exactly the answer you most need. The answer is already within you. You just have to access it.
There are more simple ways you can begin the practice of tuning into your intuition. Ask easy questions such as, “please guide me about…”
- How to organize my day
- My problem at work
- My child’s tantrums
- Choosing the best way to learn or do this computer program
- What to say to my friend?
- How to make up with my loved one
- What to do about this pain I’ve been having
Of course, the most important thing – and only thing – to do after you ask, is to pause for moments during your day in order for the answer to surface. During your pause, take a few slow, deep (not gasping) breaths as you allow your mind to empty itself and detach from all the white noise of inner chatter, fear, distractions, and things going on around you. Accessing your intuition requires this. It’s a different means of access to information than you normally use.
Your intuition is completely capable of guiding, inspiring, and shaping everything in your life. Unfortunately, we often ignore it. But what happens when you begin to pay attention to your intuition more regularly can be astounding to carve out your life in powerful ways that you may have never thought possible.
Intuition is the ability to understand something from a direct perception of truth with no need for conscious reasoning. It’s the voice of your soul. You need it.
Note: To expand deeper into your intuition consider scheduling a Past Life or Spirit World Regression.
